Ancient Art is an online art blog which features daily posts of artworks of the ancient world, from Prehistoric to about the rise of Charlemagne in 768 AD. Each post contains general information of the artwork, as well as the current museum or collection it is located in. The artworks I post cover a wide range of mediums, featuring anything from cave paintings to classical sculptures, and anything else with artistic merit.
I also have a segment within the blog called Ancient Art: Close Up, which offers a more detailed analysis of certain ancient artworks.
