Please include where possible the title of the artwork, type of ancient art, the year, medium that was used for the artwork, and it’s current location.
for example, Menkaure and his Queen, Ancient Egyptian, ca. 2490–2472 BC. Graywacke, currently located at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
Photos of high resolution are preferred, and you can also include additional information about the artworks if you wish. Every accepted post will have a link to the submitters page.
Additionally, travel photos are always welcomed! For these, just include where the photo was taken, and any other information you feel necessary :)
